best of 2011 memories - BOOFRIEND BARCRAWL

one of the best ideas we have ever had in undergrad.  All of the boofriends decided to end our undergrad on a high note by organizing the craziest barcrawl known to man.  We even got the owner of What Up Dawg to give us free fries if we came in.  So epic, so fun and I will love the boofriends fo lyfe :)

best of 2011 memories - OUTREACH TO TEACH

so, MC and I decided to sign up for Outreach to Teach, this sweet event where education majors get together and help to renovate a rundown school. This year, we helped out at Sheridan Road Elementary in Lansing.  MC, Freyal and I noticed a blank wall in the library, and got permission to do whatever we wanted to it.  So, we decided to take quotes and pictures from our favorite Dr. Seuss book, “Oh, The Places You’ll Go” and make a mural.  It was so fun and so rewarding and I am so proud of how it turned out :)

best of 2011 memories - CHICAGO WITH KOREA

For Spring Break, Korea and I decided to hit up our favorite place that we have seen so far in the world - Chicago.  We got this badass hotel, and spent four glorious days hitting up the Cheesecake Factory, the Shedd Aquarium, the Field Museum, the Skydeck and Millenium Park, and have now decided that we should probably live there.

2011 memories - SURPRISE BDAY

My delightful friend Becca organized an amazing surprise party for me when I came home from work, complete with all my favorite people, homemade cheese cake, Korean food and of course a “Congrats on the Sex” cake, inspired by my husband, Andy Samberg.  I have never been more surprised, ever.  :) :)
